Active Rallid customers can commission custom design and development from the team that operates BlackRail and KingRail. Projects are scoped, contracted, and billed separately outside Paddle, with direct access through the customer portal.

Questions before you join.

Why is there no traffic allowance?

BlackRail does not currently sell artificial visit buckets. Rallid monitors real capacity and moves sites to Isolated or High Availability when shared origin resources are no longer the right operational fit.

Are platform updates included?

Yes. Critical security work and first party BlackRail platform releases are included. The optional Automatic Update Care plan adds scheduled staging validation, a restore point, smoke checks, and rollback for each site.

Are managed service hours included?

No. Support packages and project work are separate from hosting. Active customers can request custom design and development through the portal, and Rallid will scope and price the work before it begins.

Do agencies need a different plan?

No. Agencies use the same Essential foundation and plan builder. Client records, access for each site, team roles, and company billing controls are workspace capabilities. KingRail applications always use a separate estimate and agreement.

Where are the legal terms?

Review the public terms of service, privacy policy, and refund and cancellation policy. A service specific agreement is also presented before managed work begins.
